Hey guys what is the hot topic for the day? Building muscles. Yes it’s true, now days every one passion about building muscles and keeping their body fit. Ok let me share some of my knowledge about building muscles and food you have to take for building your muscles. Let me start with Carbohydrates. Pasta, Loaded with carbohydrates. Great for helping build muscles. You can choose between regular pasta or whole wheat. Brown Rice. Another food that is loaded with carbohydrates. Which realy plays an important roll in the act of building muscles. Whole wheat bread. Great with turkey, tuna, or chicken. It also has a good amount of carbohydrates in it. Oatmeal. Great in the morning with eggs. 2 packets provides about 40-50 grams of carbohydrates. Naturally egg suit with all kind of muscle developing food materials like proteins and carbohydrates. Fruits (apples, bananas, oranges). Provides a good amount of carbohydrates, as well as other health benefits. It’s true taking a apple keep the doctor away from you. Potatoes. Another great source of carbohydrates. Add this with a steak and you have got yourself a great muscle building meal. Avocados. Great for increasing testosterone, which is extremely important when it comes to building muscles.
