Mind what you eat
In this competitive world building muscles become fashion. When it comes to building muscles, you already know that training hard will help you grow your muscles. If you are serious about your training, then you should have to be very serious about your food especially about your nutrition. So what I am going to do is to share some of the food details for building your muscles. Lets start with Protein. Lean Chicken Breast. This is one of my favorites. Great protein source. Turkey. Lean protein source. Low in fat. Great for anytime of the day. Beef, this is the "big daddy" of muscle building foods. Tuna. Great protein source. Low in fat. And great for lunch. Salmon. It has alot of protein and healthy fats in it. You should eat it two to three times in a week, when you want built your muscles too quickly. Cottage Cheese. This food is a slow digesting protein. Great for eating during the day or better to have before bed. Eggs, which realy plays an important roll in the act of building muscles. So, make sure that you are adding eggs to your meal plan. Usually I use to have 3 whole eggs and 3 white for my breakfast.

Raising kids
Successful behavior change occurs when children understand the benefits of positive behaviors, as well as the consequences of negative behaviors. Children want and need to know the “why”. They like to know that there is a reason behind their actions so that they do not believe they are being targeted or unjustly scrutinized. They are much more likely to participate in change if they know they will receive something in return.
Self-monitoring is a technique that utilizes record keeping. You and your child track positive behavior in journals, charts, or another form. The gold-star example explained above is a good example of this. Self-monitoring lets the child assess his or her progress and serves as an excellent motivational tool. When children can “see” their efforts, they have an increase in confidence, and are inspired to continue. Further, they will be inspired to make more changes. When children take an active role in monitoring their positive behaviors, and when parents praise them along the way, children get a sense of ownership of the change, as well as a feeling of being in control.

Hypnotherapy
The quit smoking hypnotherapy is not really a complete hypnosis in which you will lose control of yourself or lose awareness of your surrounding. The hypnotherapy will just be a nice and deep relaxation where the mind is given approaches that will help clear the brain, and confront the issues that prevent the smoker from quitting the habit. Though deep levels of concentration where distractions are removed, total control is still present.
It was common that the physical presence of a therapist is required, but now, recordings have been developed to give a less expensive, accessible and private hypnosis for every smoker.
The hypnotherapy may last a month, but the effects could generally be seen even after few days. With discipline and an open mind, so to speak, the positive effects of hypnotherapy could truly be noticeable.
This process is actually working better if paired with another technique. We would use exercises, that help both in distracting the mind away from the nagging thoughts of a good cigarette, and to help produce endorphins that make us feel better and remove the craving for smoking. Another suggestion is the use of prescribed medicine, or the use of herbal remedies available in the market.

Easy way to six pack abs
Many of us want to have a six pack abs. But we don’t know how to attain it. Here I have some idea to have six pack abs without eating like a rabbit .i.e. you don’t have to intake very little amount of food. The reality is that to get your six packs to show through you need to reduce your body fat, and eating healthily is one of the best ways to do that. The trick is to get a balance between the healthy food and snack food so that you are reducing your calorie intake. Remember that you need to keep your healthy eating going for a long period of time, so you need to find a way to enjoy it. You will need to change your lifestyle to a certain extent if you want those ripped abs though. The most important thing is not to cut snack food out of your diet completely but to eat less of it. . If you hate the food you eat you I’ll never have the motivation to keep to your diet in the long term and hence you I’ll never be able to get a six pack. So please be aware of your health.

Massage therapy
Massage therapy becomes more and more popular every year. Most people are aware of the stress reducing benefits of massage, but many still view it as a luxury. Massage has had an important healing role in many ancient cultures and should continue this role in this culture. This is unfortunate because massage has valuable health benefits. Massage increases circulation. This increases the amount of nutrients that flows to cells. This increase in circulation also helps speed healing times of injured muscles. It is generally good for muscle health and flexibility. Massage also helps strengthen the immune system, increase skin health and lower blood pressure. Massage provides you with so many health benefits and it feels great too. If you have a muscle related injury, massage can help your injured muscles heal. Common ailments like back pain, neck pain and shoulder pain can be treated with massage. If you have certain conditions you shouldn't receive a massage. Don't get a massage when you have a fever, an infection, neuropathy or a kidney condition. If you have high blood pressure you should seek permission from your doctor before you get a massage. Your reason for getting a massage should be a valuable one.

Caffeine - good or bad
Approximately 60% of us are use a drug on a daily basis. This drug is called caffeine. Most of the people who take any products containing caffeine do so to stay alert and increase their amount of energy. Caffeine does have some side effects that probably would affect bodybuilders before everyone else, both in positive and negative ways. For bodybuilders, this can go either way. Caffeine has been known to deliver a naturally thermogenic effect in the body. There is a problem with this, especially for bodybuilders training and competing at both professional and intermediate levels, which is that the thermogenic effect can also prevent muscle gains. This thermogenic effect keeps the body in a state of increased stimulation and can be very beneficial for making the abs stronger. This also removes the extra calories, which is one of the primary components you need to build new muscle. Caffeine are to be taken in very little amount to built your muscles. There is no question that caffeine is a great tool for burning fat. Using about 200 mg 2 times a day can help out with diet and cardio for burning body fat. So have drugs in limited amount.
